Pour Wine Farm – People’s Choice Award
Status: Conceptual 2023
Description: The project creates an immersive consumer experience, guiding visitors on a sensory journey through the world of wine. From the entrance, under a dynamic canopy, visitors are visually and audibly immersed. The winemaking process is visible through glass walls, accompanied by natural water sounds. The Visitor’s Centre introduces winemaking history, vine-to-bottle processes, and sustainable practices, with views into production rooms, tasting venues, and vineyards.
In the vineyards, visitors engage with the winemaking process, experiencing the sensory aspects of grape cultivation. Inside the winery, they encounter the scientific processes, from crushing to bottling, and learn from professional winemakers. The wine tasting venue offers stunning views and the story of each wine.
The architectural design blends with nature, using natural materials and large glass walls for optimal views and airflow. The wine farm also creates local jobs, fostering community pride and sustainable change. This visionary project celebrates terroir, wine appreciation, sustainability, and community development.
