We’re seeking a professional with a B.Tech or Equivalent 4-year qualification in Architecture, 8-10 years of post-qualification experience, and proficiency in the Autodesk Suite. Purpose of My Role:
As a Senior Architectural Technologist at BPAS, you will bring the practical design ideas to realisation. Assist in the technical detailing, coordination, and site work. Work in all stages from Inception to close out, including preparing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes, conducting site visits, and managing on-site processes. You will collaborate with Project Architects to align the design vision and project objectives. Your role will drive client satisfaction, build trust, and foster repeat business by maintaining high-quality standards in design and construction, and ensuring projects meet strategic goals. Additionally, you will ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of projects. Networking within the industry is expected and encouraged to build relationships and opportunities that will further enhance BPAS’s presence and influence.
Personal attributes include self-motivation, teamwork, respectfulness, commitment to excellence, and ownership. Technical KPIs include meeting project deadlines, reducing errors through quality control, and aligning design work with client briefs and BPAS standards.
